By booking services with 323 Cleaning, you agree to the following terms:
We offer professional cleaning and sanitizing services for houses, offices and commercial spaces as requested during scheduling.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, Zelle, and other approved payment methods. Card payments are securely processed through Square.
We understand unexpected events happen, but cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not accepted. For changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a fee equal to 50% of the booked service will apply. We appreciate your understanding.
If you are not fully satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will gladly review the concern and, when appropriate, return to address missed areas at no additional cost.
Customers are responsible for adequately preparing the area before service delivery and informing us of any pre-existing damage or special conditions that could affect service performance.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
